Crumbl Cookies is making its way to Huntsville with a brand-new location set for 152 Col Etheredge Blvd #402. Franchisee Jonathan Healy is spearheading the expansion, bringing the popular bakery chain’s signature rotating flavors and fresh-baked cookies to the area.
According to a recently filed permit, the new Crumbl Cookies location will undergo an extensive interior build-out, with an estimated cost of $250,000. The scope of work includes the construction of interior partition walls, transaction counters, new finishes, and the installation of kitchen equipment essential for the bakery’s operations in the 1,900-square-foot space.
Healy was unavailable as of this publishing for further details.
Crumbl Cookies has gained a devoted following for its weekly rotating menu, featuring everything from classic chocolate chip to unique seasonal creations. With its signature open-kitchen concept, customers can watch their cookies being prepared fresh on-site. The Huntsville location will join the brand’s rapidly growing presence in Texas, offering locals a new sweet spot for delicious treats.
As the construction process gets underway expected to start sometime in March 2025, more details regarding the grand opening and specific offerings for the Huntsville store are expected to be announced. For now, cookie lovers can anticipate the arrival of Crumbl’s famous pink boxes sometime after the project is expected for completion in June 2025.
