POST Houston introduces KWO (Kore Wa Oishidesu) Sushi, the newest addition to its international food hall, POST Market. This authentic Japanese eatery brings a fresh take on traditional flavors.

KWO Sushi is the creation of wife-duo Fabi and Daniela Guevara, two Houston-based chefs with over two decades of culinary experience. Having embarked on their culinary journey together eight years ago, they have mastered a diverse palette of multicultural cuisines, infusing every dish they create with vibrancy and innovation.

KWO Sushi serves both traditional rolls and creative sushi rolls like the ceviche roll as well as fresh nigiri. Guests can also enjoy shareable small plates including edamame, dumplings and crispy fried Brussels. For a heartier meal, KWO Sushi offers decadent rice bowls with options like chicken teriyaki, spicy tuna and pork belly.

Guests can enjoy KWO Sushi during POST Market’s operating hours: Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Friday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

KWO Sushi is located in POST Market at 401 Franklin St Suite 1200, Houston, TX 77002.
