With locations in Wynwood, in Little Havana, and at the Kaseya Center, Skinny Louie has proven itself with its streamlined menu of smash burgers, fries, and milkshakes. What Now New York reported back in November on plans for New York City’s first Skinny Louie; but as it turns out, the brand has even more news right at home.
The brand is currently in the construction process for a series locations that will open between April and July, a representative told What Now this week.
“We are planning to open in Coral Gables, Aventura, West Palm Beach, Dania Pointe, and South Miami,” the representative said. “At the moment, we already have all these locations secured and are currently in the construction phase. The plan is to open each location between April and July.”
Exact dates are not yet known, but the representative did say the first new location to open will be in Coral Gables.
“We are beyond excited about these openings, not only because it’s a huge milestone in our brand’s expansion, but also because it allows us to get closer to more people and their homes. Our goal is to reach more neighborhoods and create a local spot where people can gather, enjoy a burger, and share good vibes with friends and family.”
