Bon Appétit Management Company Debuting New Concept, Fair Winds, in South San Francisco

According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, Bon Appétit Management Company plans to debut a new concept, Fair Winds, in South San Francisco.

Coming to 357 Oyster Point Boulevard, the eatery will land near establishments such as Foundry & Lux, Guapas Mexican Grill, and Nick the Greek.

What Now San Francisco reached out to Bon Appétit to inquire about the upcoming spot, but they could not provide additional information before publication.

For readers who are unfamiliar with the management company, it offers a brief introduction on its website: “We are an on-site restaurant company offering full food-service management to corporations, universities, museums, and specialty venues. Based in Palo Alto, CA, we operate more than 1,000 cafés in 33 states for dozens of marquee clients.”

Bon Appétit operates eateries such as The Anecdote, Chico Marx, Sand Hill Kitchen, STEM Kitchen & Garden, The Restaurant at the Getty Center, Restaurant 917, Rose Garden Tea Room, Provenance at the Cleveland Museum of Art, and Restaurant 356 at the Porsche Experience Center in Atlanta, to name a few.
