According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, a new concept listed as Morning Lobby is preparing to open in San Jose.

Coming to 5011 Almaden Expressway, the eatery will land near establishments such as Bogey’s Pizza, Britannia Arms Almaden, and La Victoria Taqueria.

What Now San Francisco spoke briefly with the concept’s owner, Yanni Tsigaris, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the Morning Lobby website offers a brief introduction to the restaurant: “Welcome to Morning Lobby, where specialty coffee and breakfast are perfectly paired. We are passionate about the art of coffee and believe great coffee deserves an equally great meal.”

The statement continues, “Our open concept design brings together baristas, kitchen team, and guests to share the same warm and vibrant environment, meant to feel like home. Whether you’re joining us for a coffee date or grabbing breakfast or lunch on the go, we look forward to welcoming you.”

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
