New York Butcher Shoppe and Wine Bar, a family-friendly market found throughout the United States, is opening a new location in Fort Mill at 1034 Gold Hill Road.

The franchise was recently announced as one of the last four tenants coming to The Overlook at Gold Hill, a 9,300-square-foot multi-building venture on a 4.4-acre parcel off Gold Hill Road, near the Pleasant Road intersection, according to Charlotte Business Journal. Other tenants in the announcement include Donatos Pizza, YogaSix, and Sanders Dental Studio, all of which are expected to open later this year. The announcement officially marks the building as fully leased.

The new butcher shop will be the latest from franchisees Antonio Tillery and Brian Miller, who recently kicked off construction on a 2,984-square-foot location. When it opens, customers can expect a variety of hand-cut steaks, chicken, and other meats, plus plenty of cheeses and other prepared entrees. The company already has locations throughout the greater Charlotte area, including Cornelius, Dilworth, and Indian Land.

“Our line of hand-cut, Certified Angus Beef steaks, exquisitely prepared entrées, delicious side dishes, fresh salads, dips, and more always meet up to our highest standards,” according to the company’s website. “We select only the freshest ingredients and best beef available from the highest quality suppliers in the country. Our beef is always Top Choice or Prime, which provides well-marbled, very tender, consistent steaks each time!”
