South Carolina-based breakfast, brunch, and lunch specialist Eggs Up Grill is getting ready to open more locations in Winston-Salem, including at the site at 1965 North Peace Haven Road.

The company’s newest location will move into the Whitaker Square Shopping Center in August 2024 under franchise owners Dedi Gaither and Heather Vuncannon, according to Triad Business Journal. The new 2,800-square-foot location will be the first time Eggs Up Grill expands into Winston-Salem, but the franchisees plan to open a second location in the area. However, an exact location and timeline have yet to be decided.

When the new Eggs Up Grill opens later this year, it will have enough space for 108 indoor seats and eight outdoor seats, with options for takeout, delivery, and catering. Customers can expect various delicious breakfast and lunch options, including blueberry pancakes, signature omelets, breakfast burritos, sandwiches, burgers, and more. Eggs Up Grill also offers a variety of alcoholic options, such as a poinsettia mimosa.

“So many people are excited to finally have an Eggs Up Grill in Winston-Salem because there is nothing like it here,” Vuncannon tells the Triad Business Journal. “As customers ourselves, we always felt like Eggs Up Grill makes you feel like you are getting a big hug. We can’t wait to bring that experience to our neighbors this summer and begin serving the best breakfast, brunch, and lunch in town.”
