King of Fire Pizza has made the leap from food trucks to a full brick-and-mortar location in Uptown at The Green. However, co-owners Siler Chapman and Evan Gentile have more plans in the works.

The award-winning pizza spot serves pizzas, salads and strombolis.

Chapman launched the brand in 2018, working out of a pizza trailer with his wife. They eventually expanded to seven trucks as their pizzas grew in popularity.

Following the location in Uptown, customers can expect to see more King of Fire Pizzas coming as the brand continues to expand. While further locations have not been announced as of yet, the owners told Axios Charlotte that they hope to franchise the brand, expanding it in the Charlotte market and beyond.

What Now Charlotte reached out for comment from the ownership team but could not obtain one by the time of publication.
