Power Brands Hospitality Group, a local franchise group with several brands in development, is opening a new Super Chix location in Charlotte at 4223 Providence Rd.

The company’s fourth greater Charlotte area location is set to open in Strawberry Hill in Spring 2025, according to PBHG’s website. This will be the franchise group’s seventh Super Chix location, following four in Alabama, one in Charlotte at StoneCrest at Piper Glen, and one in Fort Mill at Brayden Village. When this Super Chix opens, customers can expect “The Last True Chicken Sandwich,” hand-cut fries, and fresh, premium frozen custard.

This location will be excellent for the franchise group, becoming the closest site to downtown Charlotte. Super Chix will join several other businesses, including Red Rocks Cafe, Phil’s Deli, Superica, Thai Orchid Restaurant, and AQUA e VINO. The new addition will establish this recently completed development as a hot spot for dining in Strawberry Hill. Super Chix will be the go-to spot for chicken in the area. Previously, What Now Charlotte reported on PBGH opening a new location in Ballantyne at 7828 Rea Road, Suite F.

“At Super Chix, we are super into chicken,” according to the company’s website. “We think it’s just about the most perfect food in the world. And we wanted our recipes to celebrate all that perfection. So we did something drastic. We decided to keep it simple. We decided to bring to you The Last True Chicken Sandwich. We’re fry snobs, too. We only use the highest quality, fresh potatoes. They’re brought to us after they’ve met the strictest growing, storing, and shipping standards and are never genetically modified. These are some fancy potatoes. That’s what it takes to serve the best.”
