Four North Carolina brewery teams are coming together to build an innovative new food hall centered around one item: beer. Distro Beer Hub, described as “a one-of-a-kind craft beer destination in the heart of Charlotte’s South End” on the Distro website, will open at 2412 Distribution Street.
The hub will offer four unique bars featuring Charlotte-based Heist Brewery, Asheville-based DSSOLVR, Charlotte-based Divine Barrel and Incendiary Brewery based in Winston-Salem. They aim to bring a variety of beer options to customers, all under one roof.
“Distro Beer Hub isn’t just a beer hall — it’s an immersive experience,” the Distro Beer Hub website states. “Inspired by the concept of a food hall, we’ve created a space where each featured brewery has its own distinct area, designed to reflect its unique personality and craft. Whether you’re a hop-head chasing the latest IPA, a sour beer aficionado or someone who enjoys a smooth lager, you’ll find something to love here.”
There will also be a cocktail bar offering both cocktails and wine, and the food hall will offer a full food menu featuring sushi, bites and shareable plates, according to a Distro Beer Hub Instagram announcement.
The design of the space will be modern, with both industrial and cozy elements. There will be both indoor and outdoor seating, and the website teases live music events.
Distro Beer Hub is expected to open in May, a spokesperson shared with What Now Charlotte.
