Although the official opening date is yet to be confirmed, the establishment aims to introduce locals to the rich and diverse world of Filipino cuisine, showcasing traditional dishes that have been cherished for generations. Filipino cuisine is known for its bold and robust flavors. Some of the menu options that Pinoy will be offering, according to their Instagram, are Pancit Canton, Lumpia, Tap-Si-Log, and more.

Pancit Canton is known for its generous use of soy sauce, which imparts a savory umami flavor to the dish. The noodles are then stir-fried, absorbing the rich flavors of the soy sauce and other seasonings. Alongside the noodles, an array of colorful and crisp vegetables are added, providing a refreshing and textural contrast. Lumpia are various types of spring rolls commonly found in Indonesia and the Philippines. Lumpia is made of thin paper-like or crepe-like pastry skin called “lumpia wrappers” enveloping savory or sweet fillings. It is often served as an appetizer or snack and might be served deep-fried or fresh. Tapsilog is a portmanteau of the dish’s three components: tapa (beef), sinangag (garlic fried rice), and itlog (fried egg).
