According to an official press release, James Beard Award–nominated chef Milena Pagán is bringing Rebelle Artisan Bagels to the Greater Boston area this winter. The eatery currently calls Providence home and is set to arrive at a Cambridge address located in Kendall Square at 249 Third Street.
“I’m excited to go back to Cambridge and be a part of the food scene, where I spent a lot of my undergrad years at MIT,” says Pagán. “I’m forever grateful to the Providence community for supporting my dream of becoming a food entrepreneur for the last 6 years. I am drawn to the energy and vibrancy of Kendall Square, so it feels like the logical next step to continue experimenting and innovating with our bagels in that market.”
Rebelle Artisan Bagels carefully chooses its ingredients to make the best-tasting bagels humanly possible. The bagel hub’s website details that it uses King Arthur’s Sir Lancelot flour in our dough, and brewer’s grade malted barley gives its bagels their distinctive taste.
Rebelle Artisan Bagels’ menu currently offers a wide selection of bagels and spreads, bagel sandwich options, lox, and assorted pastries and beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, juices and teas.
