At least four new dining spots are making their way to Back Bay’s recently announced Lyrik development, with leases already secured for ChiCha San Chen, Avra Estiatorio, George Howell Coffee, and Pink Carrot, according to The Boston Globe.

Situated at the intersection of Massachusetts Ave, Boylston St, and Newbury St, Lyrik will be located directly above the Massachusetts Turnpike.

Founded in 2000 by Nick Tsoulos, Nick Pashalis, and Marc Packer, Avra Estiatorio specializes in whole-grilled fish and Greek delicacies, offering fine Mediterranean cuisine in major cities across the US. In addition to its upcoming Back Bay branch, Avra boasts outlets in New York City, Miami, and Los Angeles.

While the menu may vary slightly from one location to another, each Avra restaurant features a selection of salads, sashimi, seafood, desserts, and cocktails.

The owners hope to welcome guests in the spring of 2025. Stay tuned for more updates on the opening of Avra Estiatorio at the upcoming Lyrik development as the launch date draws near.
