A new bar will soon open in the upcoming CanalSide Food + Drink food hall at 100 Cambridgeside Place in East Cambridge, within the CambridgeSide waterfront mall.
According to the CambridgeSide website, C-Side Bar will offer a carefully curated selection of craft cocktails, beer, and wine, perfectly paired with CanalSide’s upcoming dining options (anoush’ella, InChu, and NuBurger, to name a few).
Boston beverage veterans Ran Duan (Birds of Paradise, Ivory Bar, Blossom Bar, and Sichuan Garden) and Jon Rosse (Birds of Paradise) are partnering with Master Sommelier Brahm Callahan (Beverage Director of Himmel Hospitality Group) to bring an exciting beverage menu to this dynamic venue.
