A new Taco Bell Cantina is coming to East Boston.
According to Universal Hub, the Boston Licensing Board recently approved the eatery’s opening at 10 Maverick Square, which will feature modern stylings and vegetarian options.
In addition to the usual Mexican-inspired fare, Cantina locations offer a special Cantina Chicken Menu, with chicken-centric quesadillas, tacos, burritos, and bowls.
Connecticut-based Cantina Hospitality LLC, the franchisee behind the upcoming location, operates over 80 Taco Bell Cantina sites across Ohio, New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, including several in the Boston area, such as in Allston and Brookline.
The new alcohol-friendly spot will have seating for 10 patrons and be open for dine-in until midnight. Pickup and delivery will continue until 2 a.m.
