A Chicago, Illinois-based steakhouse is expanding to Boston.

According to Boston Restaurant Talk, Maple & Ash is coming to the city’s Seaport District. While the exact address has not yet been confirmed, a sign for the restaurant was recently spotted above Rag & Bone Menswear on Pier 4 Blvd.

An earlier report from Crain’s Chicago Business corroborates the news, revealing that Maple & Ash plans to open four new locations in 2025—in Boston, Miami, Santa Barbara, and New York City. The steakhouse currently operates in Chicago and Scottsdale, Arizona.

Led by restaurateur Jim Lasky and two-Michelin-starred chef Danny Grant, Maple & Ash is part of Maple Hospitality Group (MHG). Known for its elevated steak and seafood offerings alongside an exceptional wine list, MHG has curated a portfolio of luxury dining destinations since its founding in 2015, including Maple & Ash and Monarch and Kessaku in Dallas, Texas.

Lasky briefly confirmed plans for the new location with What Now Boston, and MHG representatives have promised to share more details soon.
