An Indian-Caribbean fusion restaurant is expanding with a waterfront location.

Ricki Singh of Singh’s Roti Shop in Dorchester is opening a second outpost, Singh’s Roti Shop 2, at 76 Revere Beach Blvd, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.

Ricki told What Now Boston he’s excited to bring the concept to Revere Beach. “What we are about to do on the beach is going to be very, very interesting,” he said.

Founded several years ago by Ricki and his wife Kay, the original Singh’s Roti Shop offers a diverse menu featuring roti (Indian flatbread), oxtail, beef patties, vegetable samosas, jerk chicken, curry goat, and more.

This blend of Indian-Caribbean cuisine reflects the culinary flavors of Trinidad and Tobago, where many islanders—including Ricki—trace their heritage to Indian immigrants.

While Ricki did not provide an opening date, a recent Facebook post reveals that Roti Shop 2 is coming “soon.” Once open, the eatery will operate daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
