According to new construction plans filed with the city of New Port Richey back in September, a restaurant dubbed Estuary will be coming to 6220 Grand Blvd, in what was formerly Dulcet Restaurant & Lounge.
Those permits received an update last Wednesday, Nov 2.
Unfortunately, when contacted by What Now Tampa, Estuary declined to provide any comments on the opening timeline or concept.
A website has been logged for the business, though it’s not yet live, and the company has been added to Google Maps.
Aside from that, however, details remain thin.
