According to a new construction plan review filed last month with the city of Tampa, it would seem as though SushiMotion, a Palm Harbor-based caterer, food truck, and sushi consultant is poised to establish a permanent base at 5330 Ehrlich Rd.

A representative of SushiMotion did not immediately return a request for comment.

Up until this point, SushiMotion has been operating its business and selling its food out of Thirsty Marlin. However, its social media presence and Facebook page have been all but silent since December 2021.

Nevertheless, its latest menu posted in July 2021 showcases a number of classic rolls including Spicy Tuna, Salmon Avocado, and Veggie, alongside signature choices such as the Sexy Salmon, Rolls Royce, Volcano, and Mount Fuji.
