With its home location at 15728 North Dale Mabry Highway, Banh Mi Factory has been offering its selection of Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches (with the recent addition of a slate of specialty drinks) for about two and a half years. The sandwich and drink shop is now preparing to launch a new location in Gibsonton, at 7130 Big Bend Road, Suite 106.
“We are continuing to grow in the area,” CEO Langdon Tran told What Now on Monday. “We have three more locations coming up, and we’re also looking to expand nationwide within the next year or two.”
The restaurant’s Banh Mi menu features proteins like grilled pork, Bulgogi beef, and a vegan option. Another standout is the croissant with grilled pork.
Banh Mi Factory has also recently added a selection of bubble tea drinks, including Milk Tea varieties like Mango and Taro, Slushes in flavors like Matcha Green Tea and Honeydew, and other signature drinks like Thai Tea and Vietnamese Coffee.
