The small retail center on the northwest corner of the intersection between South County Road 39 and Lithia Pinecrest Road will soon be home to a new sandwich shop. Plan review paperwork was submitted recently by The Sandwich Shop of Lithia LLC for 10421 S County Rd 39.
Behind The Sandwich Shop of Lithia LLC is owner Tina Detty. What Now reached out to Detty in the past week to inquire about plans for the new sandwich spot. Detty was not immediately available for comment.
For the moment, this leaves us guessing about what The Sandwich Shop of Lithia might be serving up on bread and/or buns. What Now is awaiting more information on the sandwich shop’s food and drink offerings.
Opening on the northwest corner of County Road 39 and Lithia Pinecrest Road, the Sandwich Shop will join a retail and restaurant community that includes retailers like Ace Hardware and Crossroads Produce and breakfast eatery EggTown.
