With two locations in St. Petersburg and now one in Tampa, gluten-free cafe chain Craft Kafe is preparing to open its fourth restaurant, this time at 4725 34th St. S, in Marina Village, a St. Pete shopping center south of the intersection with 46th Avenue South.
According to recent coverage by I Love the Burg, the new location will be larger than the others, allowing for an expansion of the brand’s menu overall: a portion of the new location will be dedicated to a large kitchen for the production of all Craft Kafe’s baked goods and more.
The Craft menu offers a selection of gluten-free choices that include salads, sandwiches, toasts, quiches, and more.
“We don’t use gluten because we believe we can do a great job without it,” says the Craft Kafe website’s About page. “The look on peoples’ faces when we explain we are dedicated gluten-free is priceless. People with a gluten sensitivity want to cry and people who don’t can’t believe what they are tasting. We work hard to allow you to eat happy, drink happy, and to be happy.”
What Now reached out to owner Teddy Skiadiotis to inquire about the new location on Friday. Skiadiotis was not immediately available for comment.
