With well over a hundred locations in its home state of Florida, the Sunshine State’s brunch mainstay First Watch is planning to open a new location at State Road 70 East and Lorraine Road, says recent coverage by Observer.

“The opening date is too far off to predict,” says the coverage, which confirms that First Watch has signed a lease to open in Lorraine Corners, a shopping center at the FL-70-Lorraine intersection, in the space formerly occupied at by Nancy’s Bar-B-Q, at 14475 FL-70.

First Watch has reached an explosive level of popularity with its elevated approach to traditional breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes, all of which are made to order—choices like Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, and Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos.

Opening in Lorraine Corners, First Watch will join a food and drink community, based around the intersection, that includes concepts like Quiznos, Wawa, Domino’s Pizza, Panda Express, and Slim Chickens.
