Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant launched its second Tampa Bay location at 28963 State Road 56 in Wesley Chapel this year, and it appears that’s not all the winery and restaurant chain has in store for the Tampa Bay market: a recently submitted plan review shows another Cooper’s Hawk planned for Odessa, at 14325 Black Lake Road.

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants was founded in 2005 by CEO Tim McEnery, and its growth has been quick and steady, bringing it to a total of more than fifty restaurants nationwide.

The restaurant’s eclectic dinner menu features appetizers like Asian Ahi Tuna Sashimi (Served Raw, Ponzu-Ginger Vinaigrette, Avocado, Radish, Wasabi Cream, Sriracha) and Over the Border Egg Rolls (House-Made with Southwest Chicken, Corn, Black Beans, Cilantro, and Cheese; Tomatillo Salsa, Cilantro Ranch, and Cashew Dipping Sauces).

Pasta & Risotto dishes include Country Rigatoni, Gnocchi Carbonara, and Shrimp & Scallop Risotto, while Seafood choices include Soy Ginger Atlantic Salmon, Blacked Ahi Tuna, and Jambalaya (Chicken, Shrimp, Andouille, Onion, Tomato, Peppers, Jasmine Rice).
