Famed Canadian coffee shop chain Tim Hortons has more than 650 locations in the United States, largely concentrated in the northeastern states. As the chain continues to build its U.S. presence, it now appears to be making a debut—or, if you like re-debut—in the Sunshine State.

“Tim Hortons is planning a return to the state after a three-decade absence,” said coverage in the Tampa Bay Times back in November. “In the 1980s and ’90s, Tim Hortons had locations in northern Broward County. In the past year, the chain also has had discussions about opening in Hollywood in South Broward.”

Details on a South Florida location are not available at the moment, but What Now has found a construction filing for a Tim Hortons location in East Bradenton, at 7935 FL-64.

What Now reached out on Wednesday to William Caine, Executive Vice President of Anchor Hospitality, the franchisee behind the location, to ask about plans for the launch. Caine declined to comment on the news.

The Tim Hortons menu features hot and iced coffee beverages, donuts, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, and more. Currently featured items include the Chocolate Covered Strawberry Latte, the ValenTIMS Day Boston Cream Donut, and the Blueberry Sour Cream Donut.
