Woodinville’s Harvest development will soon welcome both How To Cook A Wolf as well as a Bombo Pizza under the direction of Chef Ethan Stowell.
Stowell already has 13 concepts under the Ethan Stowell Restaurants umbrella, some having multiple locations. This will be the third location for How To Cook A Wolf all located in the Seattle area. “It’ll be upscale northwest Italian cuisine with strong focus on wine along with shareable plates, refined food, and a nice patio area,” the chef told What Now Seattle in an interview. Bombo Pizza will usher in his 14th concept which he described as “nice, upscale-ish pizza, shared plates, and salads,” among its other offerings.
“It’s a really cool wine country development. We will have a big focus on Washington wines, and we chose Woodinville’s Harvest because it is very wine-forward. Washington rosé will go great with our pizza, and Washington whites and reds with or Italian cuisine.”
Chef Ethan Stowell
Stowell said that he’s very excited to be expanding more into the Eastside as his restaurant group has been very focused on Seattle.
How To Cook A Wolf will be situated in a 3,500 square-foot space and Bombo Pizza will occupy 2,000 square feet, according to Stowell, but no mention about the development’s completion or the two new restaurants’ opening timeframes as of Friday.
Once complete, the Harvest mixed-use development will offer townhomes, The Yard (billed as a “Town Square”), and a hotel.
