Fast-casual concept Balance Grille has announced plans for a massive Texas expansion that will include a minimum of five new outposts in San Antonio.
“Texas is vibrant and flourishing, and we are eager to share our own vibrant, fresh, and flavorful menu with its communities,” shares Co-Founder HoChan Jang in a press release shared on April 25.
This notice follows a five-store development deal for DFW signed earlier this year, which will begin with an outpost in Wylie.
In addition to San Antonio and DFW, the chain will also begin opening throughout Houston, the “Central Texas Triangle,” New Braunfels, and San Marcos.
“We’re looking for partners that are passionate about bringing a healthy dining option to their communities,” says Co-Founder Prakash Karamchandani.
For readers who are unfamiliar with the concept, Balance Grille’s website shares: “In early 2010, co-founders Prakash Karamchandani and HoChan Jang — two buddies-turned-business-partners — shared the same simple dream: serve happiness through food.”
The menu focuses on “wholesome food that makes you feel good and indulgent flavors you crave — made quick, without sacrificing an ounce of quality” — offering customizable “build-a-bowls” and Asian-style Tacos, as well as a Bubble Tea bar that serves “a variety of sweet, refreshing specialty beverages.”
Opening dates and addresses have not yet been announced, so check back in for updates. In the meantime, follow Balance Grille on Facebook and Instagram for additional updates.
