Papa John’s at 23503 Hardy Oak Blvd #104 in San Antonio, which neighbors establishments such as CVS and Whataburger, is planning to undergo renovations.
According to a recently submitted permit application, the outpost is requesting to install new partitions, replace equipment, finishes, and lighting, and add new drop ceilings. The filing details that the alterations will require “minor demolition work.”
The job is slated to begin on May 22 and be completed by July 10, costing an estimated $398,000 — and executing the job will be the New Jersey-based firm GK+A Architects PC.
What Now San Antonio reached out to franchisee Clark Mandigo III, the president and COO at Pizza Venture of San Antonio and West Texas, but he was unable to provide additional information before the time of publication. Nevertheless, as an established restaurateur, Mandigo’s renovations are sure to elevate the Papa John’s customer experience at the Hardy Oak Boulevard outpost.
