According to a recent permit application, PopStroke is expanding to San Antonio — planning to break ground on a “mini-golf entertainment facility with food and drink service, 37 outdoor mini-golf holes, and an outdoor children’s playground area” late this summer.
Coming to the intersection of Anthem Parkway and Presidio Parkway, the upcoming outpost will neighbor establishments such as Cheddar’s, Chuy’s, and Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen.
“PopStroke was created to bring people together across all ages and skill levels through the game of golf. We are thrilled to expand our reach and share the PopStroke experience with new guests,” CEO and Founder Greg Bartoli Bartoli shares in a recent press release.

Aria Group Architects, INC will begin constructing the 13,000-square-foot facility on August 1, with its estimated date of completion set as March 31, 2024. In total, the project will cost approximately $5,200,000 to complete.
For readers who are unfamiliar with the concept, Popstroke is an “experiential golf and casual dining concept merging a dynamic, technologically-advanced golf environment with food and beverage.” Based in Jupiter, Florida, the business operates throughout Arizona, Florida, and Texas.
According to the press release, Popstroke is planning to expand to Dallas and College Station, in addition to San Antonio.
