Famous international coffee and donut shop franchise Dunkin’ Donuts plans to introduce another outpost in San Antonio.

Coming to 1525 SW Military Drive, the shop will take over a vacant commercial space that formerly belonged to the car repair shop Econo Lube, neighboring eateries such as Applebee’s, Bud Jones Seafood, and Don Pedro Mexican Restaurant.

Franchisee Andy Ali of 1525 Donuts Inc. tells What Now San Antonio that the new shop is slated to open before the end of July.

According to a construction permit filed last year, the development and tenant build-out of the 1,403 ft 2 outpost began in June last year and finished this May. Executed by the Evanston, Texas-based firm Kolbrook Design, the project cost an estimated $170,000 in total.

In line with existing shops throughout the nation, patrons can expect to find donuts, signature breakfast items, and a variety of coffee-based drinks on the menu.
