Round Table Pizza, a national pizza chain known for “time-honored recipes, hand-rolled dough, homemade tomato sauce, and toppings piled to the edge,” is expanding in the San Antonio area.

According to a recent permit application, the franchise is planning to open an outpost at 22831 US-281Suite 101, where it will neighbor establishments such as Chicken Salad Chick, Olive Garden, and P. Terry’s.

Behind the location is franchisee Brame Holdings, LLC, which owns and manages numerous food and beverage operations across the state, including Beans and Brews Coffeehouse, Fatburger, and Round Table Pizza.

What Now San Antonio reached out to Brame Holdings, LLC Officer Michael Bravo — an entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, real estate development, automotive repair, auto dealership, and the restaurant business — but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight — disclosing that construction is slated to begin on August 1 and be finished by November 1. Described as the “interior finish-out” of an existing 2,400-sqaure-foot building, the project will be carried out by AG Associates Architects for an estimated $400,000.

Stay tuned for additional updates.
