A new bar, Richie’s Place, is being planned for Seguin, according to a recent permit application.
Coming to 112 E Court Street, the drinkery will land near establishments such as Ebi-Ebi Sushi, Schultz Saloon, and Seguin Bar & Billiards.
What Now San Antonio contacted the bar’s owner, Richard Hilburn, to inquire about the upcoming business, but he could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.
Renovations to the existing 2,500-square-foot space are scheduled to begin on October 9 and to be completed by December 15, costing an estimated $100,000.
