San Antonio’s newest mixed-use facility, Creamery, is currently underway at 875 East Ashby Place, near establishments such as Go Fish Wine Bar, SA Yacht Club, and Velvet Taco.

According to the San Antonio Business Journal, the development will become home to five restaurant and bar concepts — Amelia Tapas & Wine, Creme Coffee, Easy Baby, Hook, and Lunatique — all backed by Only 1 Hospitality Group.

The CEO of Only 1Moris Saide, tells the publication that “all seek to offer different atmospheres and menu options.”

Amelia will focus on wine, charcuterie boards, and tapas; Creme will serve coffee and wine; Easy Baby will be a speakeasy-style pizzeria and cocktail spot; Hook will offer seafood and an open-air atmosphere; and Lunatique will have ceviche and fish tacos on the menu.

All concepts are scheduled to open by late May. Stay tuned for updates.
