Potluck Hospitality is planning to debut new concepts in the San Antonio area.

According to the San Antonio Business Journal, Bryant Ambelang, CEO of Potluck’s parent company Silver Ventures, says that Silver plans to support “numerous new hospitality and entertainment concepts that will be produced by Potluck Hospitality in the very near future and over the next several years.”

“Silver Ventures is all in on Potluck Hospitality and its team,” he adds.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Potluck Hospitality, the business has recently made the media rounds for its upcoming concept Stable Hall, a live entertainment venue in a historic building at 307 Pearl Parkway slated to begin putting on concerts in January.

The names of Potluck’s upcoming restaurants, anticipated opening dates, and other pertinent details have not yet been announced. Stay tuned for updates.
