Burger Boy, a San Antonio-based fast-casual chain, plans to open its ninth location.

The local burger business announced the news on Facebook two days ago, writing, “A long-awaited and HIGHLY requested area has been confirmed. Burger Boy is coming to UTSA Boulevard. The burger joint will be located at 5622 UTSA Boulevard, San Antonio TX 78249 near the intersection of Interstate 10,” as well as establishments such as Dutch Bros Coffee, Fuego Tortilla Grill, and Starbucks.

For readers unfamiliar with Burger Boy, the chain is known for “The Working Man” — a combo that includes a double burger, a large order of fries, and a large drink. In addition to burgers and fries, the eatery serves milkshakes in flavors such as Big Red, root beer, Fruity Pebbles, and Dreamsicle.

According to the post, the UTSA Boulevard outpost is “expected to open in 2024.”

What Now San Antonio was unable to contact a business representative before the time of publication, so follow the eatery on Facebook and Instagram for updates in the meantime.
