Old Main Ice House in Cibolo is temporarily closed after a fire damaged the building’s entrance and interior earlier this week.

The bar and live music venue’s owner, Nick Marquez, addressed the event on the Old Main Facebook page, sharing, “Good news is we will be able to fix and repair and reopen. He adds, “We hope to be open as soon as possible, bigger and better than ever.”

“All of the live music slated at Old Main will move to the Hidden Grove as Marquez and his team work on repairs,” according to MySA.

Readers interested in supporting the business as it works to repair its 110 N Main Street spot can visit its sister locations in Schertz, Bar House and The Hidden Grove.

A reopening date has not been announced yet, so follow Old Main Ice House on Instagram for updates.
