A new specialty coffee bar, Thirty Grind, is coming to 17803 La Cantera Terrace, Suite #8115, in San Antonio — near establishments such as Geroge’s Keep, Mercato Cafe, and Piatti.

The concept’s co-owner, Natalie Nunez, tells MySA that locals can “count on a coffee drink that isn’t masked in sugar,” emphasizing that she wants to make the flavor of the coffee beans the focus.

According to the article, “the Eilan-based coffee joint will have instrumental lounge music with sleek ceramic mugs and saucers,” modern decor, and gold accent pieces, hoping to offer patrons a more luxurious experience.

In addition to coffee, Thirty Grind will offer matcha-based beverages and baked goods by Chef Janet Allen — think matcha blondies, cinnamon croissant bread, vegan carrot oat bars, and blueberry scones.

An opening date has not been announced yet, stay tuned for updates.
