According to a recently submitted construction permit application, Prometheus Pizza plans to open its first brick-and-mortar location in Fredericksburg.

Coming to 108 S Lincoln Street #300, the eatery will land near establishments such as Becker Vineyards, Pasta Bella, and West End Pizza Co.

What Now San Antonio contacted the concept’s owner, Christopher Stephens, to inquire about the expansion, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.

Renovations to the 2,025-square-foot began in August earlier this year and are scheduled to be completed in March 2024, costing approximately $250,000 in total.

An anticipated opening date has not been announced yet, so follow Prometheus Pizza on Facebook and Instagram for updates.
