“Serving up the best Texas-style iced tea since 2009,” Midland-based beverage chain HTeaO is expanding its Texas footprint — planning to open a new shop in Fredericksburg, according to public records.

Coming to 1511 E. Main Street, the outpost will land near establishments such as Arms of Hope Donation Station, La Quinta Inn & Suites, and Mane Attraction.

What Now San Antonio reached out to Franchisee Bryan Benson to inquire about the upcoming outpost, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.

Construction of the drive-thru fast-casual facility began in September of last year and was supposedly completed this past March. For an estimated $480,000, the 2,403-square-foot space was built by Lubbock-based firm SK Architecture Group.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
