According to a recently submitted permit application, a new bar concept is coming to 415 E Cevallos Street in San Antonio — the home of retail space Fiesta on Cevallos — where it will land near Casa Hernán Mexican Cantina, La Tuna Icehouse, and Leche de Tigre Cebicheria Peruana.
What Now San Antonio spoke briefly with the business’s owner, Mike McKinney, but he could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, the filing discloses that renovations to the 2,598-square-foot spot — listed as OverUnder Bar on the document — will begin on March 1 and finish in September. For an estimated $190,000, local firm Thorn Architects will carry out the project.
An opening date has not yet been announced, so stay tuned for updates.
