According to MySA, Guerito’s Tacos plans to add a new location in San Antonio.
“We started from a food truck, currently just have the one location,” a rep for the restaurant tells the Journal. “We’re just beyond grateful and blessed to even be able to have the opportunity to expand.”
Coming to the Ingram Park Mall food court, the eatery will join tenants such as Outback Steakhouse, Poke-Yi, and Sarku Japan.
“We are excited to serve the community not only by bringing our food and aguas frescas to another area but by creating jobs… Customers can expect a smaller scale menu than what we currently have, but all our staples will remain,” the rep continues.
For readers who are unfamiliar with the eatery, Guerito’s Tacos has become known for its birria tacos, as well as for its selection of aguas frescas, burritos, quesadillas, and pozole.
The Ingram Park Mall location is slated to open in May. Stay tuned for updates.
