Culver’s, the popular Wisconsin-based fast casual classic, will soon fix up one of its Austin locations at 3424 W William Cannon Dr.
Following the founder’s motto of “We never compromise on quality,” Culver’s promises to use “fresh, never frozen beef and whole, white meat chicken from America’s family farms.”
Readers unfamiliar with the brand can expect to find the brand’s signature “Butterburgers”, fresh frozen custard, chicken sandwiches, salads, and more.
Public records examined by What Now Austin estimate that construction will start in January 2025 and reach completion by late October. The project is estimated to cost $350,000, covering a 2800 square foot space.
The work in particular will cover an “update of interior finishes and dining room furniture. No structural work or changes to egress (only to partition walls).”
“We also know quality is something you can taste,” the official website states. “So every ButterBurger is cooked to order and topped with a lightly buttered, toasted bun. And our Fresh Frozen Custard is made in small batches right in the restaurant all day, every day. It’s not the easiest way to do it, but we believe it’s the right way. “
