A Plymouth brewery is expanding, and a celebrity chef will helm the kitchen.

Second Wind Brewing Company is almost ready to launch its second location at 11 Main St in downtown Plymouth. While the expansion has been in the works for some time, owners Hans Terbush, Kenny Semcken, and JR Shepard are excited to announce that they are finally nearing the finish line.

“As the sprinkler installation nears its end, we shift into a new gear towards opening our Main Street location,” the team shared in a recent social media update.

According to The Patriot Ledger, the new location will boast a full kitchen, where Chef Stephen Coe—a five-time Chopped champion and World Bacon Champion—will bring his award-winning culinary expertise to the brewpub.

While the original taproom at 7 Howland St, which debuted in May 2018, will remain dedicated to larger-volume production and a pet-friendly beer garden, the Main St venue will feature small-batch beers, an expansive indoor taproom, and Coe’s culinary creations.
