TCG Hospitality Group, the hospitality company behind restaurant and bar concepts like Tu Candela Bar and Rosario Miami, is expanding its Tu Candela concept to Wynwood. Submitted plan review paperwork shows a new Tu Candela opening at 2435 N Miami Avenue.

The paperwork shows the new Tu Candela location opening as part of a development called Wyntown 24. It’s a shopping and hospitality center about which few details have been revealed yet.

“Wyntown 24 is basically a shopping center,” Samir Tarud, Director of Operations at TCG Hospitality Group, told What Now on Monday. “There will be a karaoke bar, a restaurant, an event space, and so on.”

The karaoke bar in question is Sweet Caroline, Tarud said. Sweet Caroline is opening a second location in the same building, as What Now reported recently. The project will also include a new Tu Candela Bar.

Joining Sweet Caroline, the new Tu Candela will be the brand’s third outpost, added to locations in Brickell and Kendall.

“Tu Candela Miami is a Latin club that offers a unique experience for our guests to enjoy our exclusive service and themed-bar decoration,” says the bar’s website. “Our live entertainment features exotic ballerinas and bottle parades to make our guests spend a night like no other!”
