With four existing QDOBA locations in Columbus, the market has already shown a strong appetite for the fast-casual Mexican brand. Currently, two franchise operators manage these locations, but with Columbus identified as a prime expansion market, there is significant opportunity for growth.
Empire Inc., the new franchisee spearheading this expansion, is no stranger to the Columbus food scene. “Speaking of our portfolio, we run Wing Snob in the Columbus area, so we are hoping to expand that as well,” said a representative from Empire Inc. “Since we have our presence down there, it will be a good transition for our operations.”
