According to a recent permit filed with the city, Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants located at 4230 The Strand is getting an exterior upgrade. The permit details the addition of new illuminated canopy signage to be added to the patio area of the existing building.
Being that the eatery is located in Easton Town Center, an area teeming with retail, hospitality and restaurants that is highly walkable, the addition of the lighted canopy sign will serve as both a practical and aesthetic piece to the restaurant, and help pedestrians identify the eatery when they’re viewing the building’s west elevation, according to information in the permit.
Founded by CEO Tim McEnery, in 2005 in Illinois, Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants has grown over its nearly two decades to include over 60 locations in 11 states, with six locations in the Buckeye State. The establishment is known for offering guests a wine-driven dining experience, with a vast menu that includes starters like ahi tuna sashimi and caprese flatbread, to lighter fare like a wedge salad or crab, shrimp and lobster bisque. The mains include soy ginger Atlantic salmon, parmesan crusted chicken, gnocchi carbonara and filet mignon.
