Northeast Los Angeles’ newest housing development, Wylden Apartments, is located near the LA River and Glendale Freeway. The 370-unit large housing complex is set to replace an industrial facility at 2910 San Fernando Road.
Developed by Fairfield Residential, the Wylden Apartments are currently in their final stages, with exterior finishes being on. After its launch this year, the LA-based housing complex will offer the residents one-two-three bedroom units. It will also feature a 600-car parking garage.
Wylden Apartments will also offer residents a bicycle storage area, fitness center, co-working lounge area, and a rooftop deck. Architects Orange will design this Glassell Park-located apartment.
Its proximity to areas like Santa Monica Boulevard and Rio De Los Angeles State Park will further allow residents to enjoy the city’s picturesque views.
Fairfield Residential, the developer of Wylden Apartments, is in the works to keep aside 31 units of the apartment complex for affordable housing. This will be done for the ‘very low-income level’ families in exchange for density bonus incentives.
Fairfield Residential’s Other Projects
Apart from Wylden Apartments at 2910 San Fernando Rd., Fairfield Residential has developed many other large multifamily housing projects in LA. Some of the names are Chroma Apartments and Ox on Vela in Warner Center. Fairfield Residential has also developed the Aliso project in the Arts District.
The California-based real estate development has also received approval to start work on a mixed-use development in Westchester (next to Dinah’s restaurant).
As a new addition to the Glassell Park neighborhood, Wylden Apartments will bring 370 units and amenities like a fitness center, a 600-car parking area, and a rooftop deck. The Fairfield Residential-led project promises to offer affordable and luxury living options in a beautiful LA location.
