Restaurant files plans for space at Buckhead mall.
The Cheesecake Factory is moving forward with plans to relocate its Buckhead location to Lenox Square Mall.
The restaurant, at 3024 Peachtree Road, will remain open until its new store down the street, at 3393 Peachtree Road, is ready for business.
The restaurant submitted a building permit application with City of Atlanta Thursday to make renovations to space at its soon-to-be Lenox home.
The new 9,330-square-foot Cheesecake Factory will cost an estimated $4,823,000 to build-out, according to the permit.
The restaurant will be one of many new tenants opening in conjunction with Lenox Square Mall’s multi-million dollar renovation.
