New Concept Ruby’s Taco Shop Readying to Open in Outer Sunset

Coming to 4300 Judah Street, just a short walk from Ocean Beach, the eatery will land near the seafood restaurant Hook Fish, Java Beach Cafe, and the New American restaurant Outerlands.

According to a recently submitted permit application, a new concept, Ruby’s Taco Shop, is preparing to open in San Francisco’s Outer Sunset neighborhood.

Coming to 4300 Judah Street, just a short walk from Ocean Beach, the eatery will land near establishments such as the seafood restaurant Hook Fish, Java Beach Cafe, and the New American restaurant Outerlands.

What Now San Francisco spoke briefly with the concept’s owner, Nick Osborne — who will operate the business alongside his wife Ruby — who shared that Ruby’s Taco shop is still over a month away from opening but could not provide additional information before publication.

An exact opening date has not been announced yet. Stay tuned for updates.
