A Chastain Park shopping center is getting a new clothing store.

J.Crew Factory is planned for Powers Ferry Square at 3714 Roswell Road, according to construction plans. The space, next to HomeGoods, was formerly occupied by a now-closed gym called BURN Studios.

J.Crew Factory is the outlet affiliate of J.Crew, selling clothing, shoes and accessories for women, men and children. There are nearly 300 locations across the U.S., with nine in Georgia, including a new one located at The Avenue West Cobb.

The new Atlanta store on Roswell Road is expected to be about 4,500 square feet. Construction documents indicate plans for at least six fitting rooms.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of this community,” Jody Gietl, head of J.Crew
Factory, said in a statement shared with What Now Atlanta. “We’re looking forward to offering families great styles for every occasion, all at compelling prices.”

The store is expected to open in 2025.

Powers Ferry Square is a restaurant and retail destination led by Regency Centers. Other tenants include Bartaco, Petco, Road Runner Sports, Jersey Mike’s and more.
